Ordering FAQ
Before you go to the Flying Rabbits Video Store,
here are a few questions and answers. If you don't find an answer
here, please click the little aircraft below to
ask us for help.
Why doesn't the store look like the rest
of the site?
The look and feel of the store don't quite match the rest
of the site because we wanted to get it up and running before
playing around with the appearance. One of these fine days we'll
sit down and make the store fit inside this orange box of ours.
Meanwhile, don't worry, it's still us!
What is it with the different site where
we enter our card details?
Credit card handling takes place at Barclay's secure site so
you may order online with confidence. If our software
developers have done their job properly our logo should appear at
the top of the page.

How much are we going to have to pay for
DVDs?
Double Dutch DVDs are priced at £19.99 each —
that's Pounds Sterling. All orders are subject to a handling/packing fee of
£1.00 plus whatever it costs us for postage.
Although our prices are in Pounds, your credit card will
be charged in your local currency. If you are a Club
member, look out for your special discounts!
Are the shipping charges the same
wherever we are in the world?
Postage is charged at cost — airmail postage at the Small Packet rate.
When you complete the form with your address details, the store automatically
works out your shipping charges and add them to
the total in your cart. Postal charges do tend to change from time
to time. We will make every effort to keep the store up
to date.

Is your method of mailing secure?
Normally we use standard 1st Class or Airmail delivery. For added peace of mind, 'Signed For'
service is available and offers compensation in the event of loss.
The appropriate 'Signed For' option is available to you on the checkout
page.
Is the International Signed For service available to
anywhere in the world?
The International Signed For service is no longer
available to the countries listed below. Other countries may be
added to this list:
Canada
What kind of packaging do you use?
Goods are mailed in a plain brown, robust corrugated wrapper
designed for the safe despatch of fragile items. If you want to order more than one DVD at a
time and they won't fit into a standard wrapper, don't worry: we won't
charge you any extra for shipping; it's on us.

Your DVDs are PAL standard. Will
they play on my DVD player?
PAL is the European standard as opposed to the (technically
inferior) NTSC used in the USA, Japan and a number of other parts
of the world. Many recent and current DVD players now sold in the
USA now offer PAL playback option as standard (Multisystem). You
might also like to check out the information on this useful
website. You can also find a wealth of information using Google.
How can I play them, then?
You can also play them on a computer, assuming you have one.
If you are reading this, you probably do. Most
software DVD players such as PowerDVD are fussy about which Region
your DVDs are intended for. Our DVDs are MPEG-2 All Regions so you
won't have problems with the player blocking access to your home
region.
What do I get if I join the Club?
Exclusive pictures, more exclusive pictures, exclusive
downloadable video clips, discounts, all depending on your
membership level. You can find out much more here. And see what is new this month here.
I am having difficulty
logging in. What is wrong?
Your login is your complete email address as you
entered in your profile. Your password is the one you
entered at the same time.
Why don't you show thumbnails so we can see before
we download?
OK, since you're asking, it's to stop users treating the
site as a lending library! We want you to download the files and
save them to your hard drive so you can access them at
any time. If you were able to keep coming back every
time you wanted to look at the pictures, our bandwidth
would go into orbit, which would cost us more money,
which would cost you more money. You don't want
that any more than we do.

About ordering. Can I order by phone?
No problem. We've dedicated a phone to orders and queries, which
is available during UK office hours. It is a mobile (cell) phone,
so it is available when we're out and about. If it is inconvenient
for you (or us!) to carry out a sales transaction at any time, we
can take your number and call you back at a better time.
What information will I need to order by
phone?
We'll be asking for your credit card details to enter them
directly into the card processor's secure site. For this reason it
is better if we can call you back, thus saving you the expense of
a lengthy mobile call. (And if we're in the studio or doing fun
things with busty models, we're likely to be away from the
computer.) You'll also need to tell us your address, so we'll know
where to send your goods. Can I pay by
cheque or by other methods?
There are other methods available to you. Perhaps we can advise on
a suitable payment method. To speak to a human, please use the
Contact Us link at the store or the little e-mail aircraft below.
If you are outside the UK it may be necessary for us to add a
little extra to your bill to cover the cost of currency
conversion. Your friendly local bank may be able to help you
choose the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to pay. How
about direct money transfer?
UK customers can transfer money directly into the FRV account:
Sort code: 20-26-74
Account number: 20309834 EU customers* can
use the FRV account's BIC/SWIFT code and IBAN number:
BIC/SWIFT code: BARCGB22
IBAN number: GB76 BARC 2026 7420 3098 34
(Letters are always in capitals.) *The 25 EU Member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland

Will you send an invoice, and what will it say?
You will have the opportunity to view and print an invoice at the
Barclays secure site as well as on your return to the store.
You'll also receive one by e-mail and there will be a paper copy
enclosed with the goods. Your credit card statement will show the
supplier as 'FRV'. That's us.
I ordered but didn't receive any
e-mails. What is wrong? Maybe you entered the wrong e-mail
address? The machine is only human, it can't guess what you meant
to type. If you supply an inaccurate or munged e-mail address, the
machine won't be able to talk to you. Check your profile, it's on the
store
Finally, if you have any further questions about ordering — by cheque
or bank transfer — either use the online 'Contact
Us' form in the store or click the little aircraft to
contact us by e-mail. It's just down there on the right.
